Naked Spring Cake

Dear Blogging Friends,

My Loving man and I traveled to see our daughter and and son-in-law this weekend.  My daughter and I love to shop Goodwill together in her area, we found some great buys, I can't wait to share mine with you!  My daughter wanted something sweet!  So, she made her first Naked Spring Cake.  We had lots of fun making this and it turned out pretty and delicious.  Chocolate cake and cream cheese frosting.  The scale was a Christmas present from me and her dad and makes a great cake stand!  A good time was had by all!

Always something beautiful to share so stay tune!

  3. Hi Debby,
That is a lovely looking cake! I love naked cake. As a matter of fact, I prefer them to those with all that frosting although my hubby would beg to differ on that. You did a wonderful job displaying it too. So glad you shared with us and have a happy day.

I love how endless the options for accesorizing the top can be, just look how bright and fun your's turned out! And the scale used as a cake stand . . . love it!

  8. That cake looks like art. Are those middle layers all icing or is it cake with icing on the outside? Looks amazing with the flowers. :)
