Limoges

Dear Friends

Happy June, which means summer.  I will be working on a few outside projects that I will share soon.  In the meantime,  My Friday Find is from the same shop I found my chest.  A Limoges piece for 99 cents.  I have a few pieces of Limoges and if you have never heard the word it means hard paste porcelain.

This is my absolute favorite collectible.  I have a set of Limoges China I bought at an antique store 20 years ago.  This Limoges is over 100 years old, doesn't she look beautiful.  The tureen top with the bow, well who cares if it's just the top.  They have the most beautiful roses, you can hardly tell the hand painted form the real which is why I love each piece.  Enjoy the beauty!
