Spring Mantel Inspiration

Dear Friends

Do you need a little Spring inspiration?  I know I do, I find sometimes the things in my home need to be dusted and moved to be enjoyed. Refreshing and renewed, right?  My bird houses and sweet birds and nest were my inspiration for my mantle.

I guess you could call this feathering your nest.  Nothing on this mantle is new, accept for the architectural piece.  I've had all these things for many years.  As, I look at my Spring inspiration, I can honestly tell you I only buy what I love, and truly the things you love will never go out of style!  Hope you've enjoyed a little Spring Inspiration.  Stay tune for more shabby beautiful.

  3. I so agree, I only buy things I love, except for the shop---and then it's still things I love, but don't have a place for, lol. After looking at your post, I think I will bring in some of my birdhouses from the screened porch we can't use yet. Spring and birds just go together. I heard a robin the other day---I hope she doesn't freeze here in Chicagoland in this too early false Spring. Grins, and happy twirping on your mantle, Sandi
