Dear Friends
I hope you had a good week. This weeks Friday Goodwill Finds are a couple of baskets. I'm planning a Easter post full of inspiration for you and lots of fun. I picked these baskets up for less than $2 and love transforming than into a cute nursery rhyme for now.
This rhyme originated in 1869 and is also a children's game that I'm sure some of us remember playing but I really love Ella Fitzgerald's 1938 version of the song. Love Ella. Some things I hope and love will never go out of style. More inspiration for Spring and Easter for under $5.
A tisket a tasket
A green and yellow basket
I sent a letter to my love
And on the way I dropped it,
I dropped it, I dropped it,
Yes, on the way I dropped it
A little boy picked it up
And put it in his pocket.

I started my blog to stay busy through my grief, unemployment and empty nesting. I love making something beautiful again. "Sometimes you may not be picked to join the bouquet, so be your own single beauty". My words, and making the world beautiful one post at a time.
