Dear Friends
I might have mentioned that my husband started a new job and was on the night shift with only Saturday off. Well, my loving man is on the day shift with weekends off! Yay! I'm not complaining but for the last 20 years he has never worked an eight hour shift with weekends off. We both are getting older and we would like to spend some quality empty nesting time together. This post is about the Ferris Wheel he bought me many years ago for our Anniversary, it sat around for a long time rusty and ugly. I painted it and added flowers and included it in a celebration for day shift, Monday thru Friday.
With jobs you never know what will change so, we are also planning a date night once a month. We can't tell each other what we have planned but I've planned the first date for Saturday. The goal is to have fun together. Life is like a Ferris Wheel, you go up and down but if your fortunate the person on the ride with you will continue to ride round and round forever!

I started my blog to stay busy through my grief, unemployment and empty nesting. I love making something beautiful again. "Sometimes you may not be picked to join the bouquet, so be your own single beauty". My words, and making the world beautiful one post at a time.
